Dear Neighbors,

There has never been a more important time than now to stand together and move our community and our country forward.  That’s why I’m seeking a second term as your Multnomah County Commissioner for District 4.

I am extremely proud of the policies and initiatives that we have led during my first term.  From economic development to justice reinvestment that is reducing our reliance on over-incarceration, to investing in mental health and drug/alcohol recovery programs, and funding supportive housing – we are making a difference.

I know the decisions we make today will have a significant impact on the future we want for ourselves and our children and grandchildren.  Solving our most daunting problems is hard work and there are no easy answers. But it is work that is worth doing and is filled with rewards, like knowing that together we are making a difference. I am confident that my heart for service, my business acumen, my experience as a planning commissioner, a city councilor and a county commissioner can continue to serve Multnomah County well. And I’d be honored to have your support.

Sincerely,

Commissioner Lori Stegmann
Multnomah County Commission, District 4
